Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in security, military, or law enforcement (strongly preferred)
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with digital systems
• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting abilities
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a safe environment

Key Responsibilities

Patrol & Monitoring

• Conduct routine internal and external patrols to ensure safety and compliance
• Monitor surveillance systems and access controls
• Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities

Access Control & Badging

• Track and document badge usage and visitor access
• Verify credentials and issue visitor passes
• Maintain accurate records following site procedures

Communication & Reporting

• Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Prepare incident reports, daily logs, and required documentation accurately
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, operations managers, and site leadership

Operational Expectations

• Utilize computer systems, security software, and reporting tools efficiently
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Be flexible to work additional or varying shifts as needed
• Follow all company policies, site instructions, and client requirements

Additional Information

Security Officers are expected to understand and strictly follow all Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role requires quick decision-making and the ability to respond effectively in various situations while maintaining safety and professionalism.
