Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Southeastern Integrated Care and its affiliated organizations. This role involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

The position works closely with hiring managers and HR teams, supporting recruitment efforts within a healthcare system focused on behavioral health. The specialist also represents the organization’s mission, vision, and values within the community.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and locations
  • Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Conduct reference checks and background investigations
  • Assist in preparing and negotiating job offers

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract talent
  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Ladders, and Indeed
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Implement proactive outreach strategies to engage high-quality candidates

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements
  • Develop and update job descriptions
  • Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs

Candidate Experience & Compliance

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage onboarding processes using ADP Workforce Now

Additional Duties

  • Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1–2 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
