Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Southeastern Integrated Care and its affiliated organizations. This role involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
The position works closely with hiring managers and HR teams, supporting recruitment efforts within a healthcare system focused on behavioral health. The specialist also represents the organization’s mission, vision, and values within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and locations
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Conduct reference checks and background investigations
- Assist in preparing and negotiating job offers
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract talent
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Ladders, and Indeed
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Implement proactive outreach strategies to engage high-quality candidates
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs
Candidate Experience & Compliance
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage onboarding processes using ADP Workforce Now
Additional Duties
- Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives
- Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1–2 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
