Sunstates Security is currently seeking Unarmed Security Officers for positions in the Charlotte and Pineville, North Carolina area. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with all shifts available, making it ideal for candidates with open availability. The starting pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with weekly compensation.

Key Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Armed Security Officer License/Certification (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and basic computer knowledge
• Good customer service skills with a professional appearance
• Open availability required for Flex Officer role
• Ability to work at multiple locations (minimum of two sites)

Role Responsibilities

• Perform duties as outlined in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain a strong understanding of site-specific rules and security protocols
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or unusual situations
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance across assigned locations
