Job Overview
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates and building strong talent pipelines across multiple departments and locations. This role works closely with leadership to ensure accurate job descriptions and effective hiring strategies while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management
- Recruit for a variety of roles such as nursing faculty, allied health, operations, and corporate positions
- Maintain candidate data and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Candidate Management
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to evaluate qualifications
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing insights about the role, company, and expectations
Collaboration & Planning
- Meet weekly with campus leadership to understand current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with company culture
- Ensure job descriptions remain accurate and up to date
Sourcing & Strategy
- Utilize job boards, online platforms, and creative sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles
- Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices
- Develop cost-effective and innovative sourcing strategies
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized and accurate recruitment records
- Document processes and update recruiting procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of recruiting experience
- 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, career services, or sales with strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, assessment, and compliance
- Experience in healthcare recruiting (preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Work Schedule
- Must be available to work PST or MST hours
